Analysis of Decisive Elements in the Purchase of Alternative Foods Using Bivariate Probit Model

There has been growing attention among major developed countries to alternative food products using vegetable-derived ingredients help animal welfare and environmental sustainability. The development of ICT technology awareness welfare, health, damage have led a rise in products. This study explains consumer selection attributes for foods categories intrinsic extrinsic attributes, storage usage, ethical consumption, the environment, vegetarianism. It also intends clarify connection between purchase intentions preferences caused by attributes. bivariate probit model (BPM) was used quantitatively analyze consumers’ foods. Element analysis conducted on twenty-three variables derive five elements: quality safety, awareness, product specifications, usage.
